After ten days from purchase date, full refund with receipt of Letter of
Destruction (LOD). Up to 30 days, refund less 10% handling fee with receipt of
LOD. No refunds after 30 days.
License transfer is permitted with notification in writing and a nominal
transfer fee of $25 per license. Please provide complete new user contact
information with your request. New registration codes will be issued. A Letter
of Destruction (LOD) from the previous license holder is also required.
